How much profit can I make?
There is a sliding scale for our cookie dough fundraisers with profits between 40%-50% depending on the amount sold. With a Botika Candles fundraiser you will make a 50% profit.
What is the best fundraiser?
The best fundraiser is the one that best fits your needs. I can help you decide what is right for you.
When is the best time to hold a fundraiser?
The best time to start your fundraiser is when your group is ready and totally committed to reaching your goals.
Are there any additional hidden costs?
No, I offer free brochures/order forms on every fundraiser.
What is the Start Date?
This is the day you will kick-off your fundraiser, hand out order forms and start your sale.
How long should we sell?
I recommend no more than a 1-2 week selling period including 2 weekends. Allow time for late orders to come in. Most sales are done in 2-3 days so don't let the fundraiser drag on for weeks. This will keep your participants motivated and on track.
Do you work with any size or type of organization?
Yes, I can work with the very small groups of 8-9 all the way up to large organizations of 1000 or more. I also sell to any type of non-profit organization including individuals who are raising money for special projects.
Are there any startup fees with your fundraisers?
No, I will supply everything you need to get started with your fundraiser. There are no out-of-pocket expenses.

Frozen Cookie Dough Fundraisers

When do our group members collect money for the cookie dough they sell?
It is a prepaid sale, your group members collect money for the cookie dough upfront, when they take an order.
When do I pay for my cookie dough?
You pay when you are ready to send in your orders.
Do I need a freezer?
No, the dough goes straight from our truck to your sellers. We deliver the cookie dough the day of your scheduled seller pickup event. Your sellers then deliver the cookie dough immediately. (Defrosted cookie dough can be refrozen)
How long can I store the cookie dough?
The frozen cookie dough keeps up to 2 months in the refrigerator and up to 6 months in the freezer.

Why are hand made candles so much better than machine poured candles?
Every Botika candle is hand poured! What this means is that you will receive the highest quality candle available. Each and every Botika candle is hand poured, hand polished, hand labeled, hand inspected, hand packaged, and then shipped to you. Botika candles are created with pride in the USA, thus Botika hand poured candles are of higher quality for this reason.
Are orders pre-sorted?
Candle orders will be pre-sorted per participant. For school fundraisers I will go one step further and pre-sort by teacher and then by student.
Do you have to be a non-profit group to conduct a Botika Candles fundraiser?
No, any group or individual needing to raise funds for a worthy cause can hold a Botika Candles Fundraiser.
